Molding conditionMoisture in resin can cause decomposition during the injection molding process, leading to property degradation and molding defects. To prevent this, it is essential to dry the resin in a dehumidifying dryer at a minimum temperature of 100°C for at least 4 hours prior to molding. This process ensures that the moisture content is reduced to below 0.2%, thereby preventing these issues
